This is the best but underrated app, it has got exactly what I needed. I needed just the dumbbell exercises which I can do at home and it has all. I wish if you could add exercises which doesn't require a bench.

Ok App, but why do weight training apps list so many different exercises to train one muscle? For example, this app has 7 exercises for triceps....surely there is "ONE" single exercise that is more effective and gives better results than others? If I did all the exercises listed for each muscle group I'd spend all day working out!

I just got the app and I do that's going to work for me some dialysis patient I need a kidney transplant cuz I have all my dumbbells here it has made me very weak doing treatment and I think that will work for me so I'm deleting a lot of the other workouts in exercise cuz I'm not too much of push-ups but I got my dance my dumbbells 110 lb total I'm 65 years old I worry about a hundred 50 lb and I do dialysis treatment Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays for our treatments and it takes a toll on my bod
