For some reason I can't receive text messages. Keeps telling me that my text message account is locked. I have repeatedly requested a new pin number and haven't received one yet!!! I assume it's because "my account is locked" Verizon customer service SUCKS!! I was on hold for 47 minutes and I finally hung up. I have tried this multiple days and have gotten now where!! I have had Verizon for going on 12 years but this sucks. I'm about to change telephone carriers!!!!!!

The pictures and captions are sending separately, if the pictures send at all. I don't like not being able to send pictures or quick videos to people. Seriously disappointed.

Great app with most of the good features. I would like to see 2 features added though. 1. Currently there is no way to set reciept of a contact's messages to vibrate only. There is no choice of "silent" in the sound list. 2. A feature for certain contacts to be set as "private" where a pin or other authentication would be needed to display their messages would make this a complete messaging app. EDIT: Thank you for adding "Silent" to the sound list for customizing conversations!

Since your June 2021 update I do not get any audible message alerts. I've checked all settings nothing fixes it.

Used to work great. Now is so buggy. And customer service DOES NOT reply back to service complaints. Every time I open the app, within 30 seconds I get a pop up screen saying how to report bugs. Deleted app, reinstalled, same issue. Now talk to text duplicates my sentences, but only part of it. APP HAS BECOME UNUSABLE. I would suggest a different app, as you won't get any help from Verizon

The option to send a message at a scheduled time is gone from my message plus app. I use that all the time since I have different hours then most of my family and friends. Did you guys delete it from the app. I really don't like using other messaging apps but I will have to find something else if scheduled messaging is no longer an option in message+. Very disappointed though. Now all of a sudden I go back in to my app and poof .... scheduled messaging is back again?!? What's really going on...
