I was frustrated by the port process, which is not robust to human error. Despite the app interface giving you an option to update your information, the process is never re-initiated. The error it throws is vague, and suggests that the user should try again later, when that's not the case. This process was very frustrating, both because it didn't work, and because every aspect of the interface suggested that it should. I felt gaslit.

Easily the best customer service experience I have ever had. I called for help and got a live, extremely helpful representative within a minute. They were able to walk me through transferring my number, and I was all set within a few more minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly: A+ all around. Verizon was my previous carrier of 20 years. Their service is less reliable and over double the price. I am happy that I switched to Mint.

I was skeptical at first to switch from AT&T, but it has been no problems with MINT MOBILE. I am SO GLAD I switched. After a month, Hubs switched his service as well. We HAVE SAVED SO MUCH MONEY! I saw the comments on the customer service so I needed to add it to my review. I needed help when switching over my service. Their customer service was VERY NICE and helped me figure out the switch over. They were great.

This app keeps crashing. It's unusable. Edit : I've found a work around. The app starts then goes black screen, if I do nothing it goes into a crash/load loop, but if I minimalize it as soon as it turns black, it'll turn white in the background. Then I can maximize it and it loads into my account. The phone service is identical to tmobil and I have no complaints there. Just the app is not good on my phone.

I bought a phone from them after my last phone got stolen (already a phone on their service). Could not get it connected through the E sim. Talked to customer service 8 times over 4 days and they were never able to connect my device. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and that includes Comcast a decade ago (if you know, you know). Finally gave up, switched to a different service and they had me up and running in minutes.

App was great at first when it was working for half a year. Now the past 2 months it just crashes, even when after reinstalling. I tried to get help online from customer support, but their excuse for not helping me was because there was temporary issues in my area, that it should be resolved soon. Well it's been another month and still the same. No help to find
