The app is slow as many have said, and really is more trouble than it is worth. Then again, the website can be slow and not always want to load on the phone. (Intetesting I dont have any issues going to other sites, just when I want to hop into Myaccount to pay the bill.) Don't use the app unless you have no other options. Personally, if I have to fight either way, I'll fight with the website. It saves valuable storage space on a phone, where everyone and everything wants us using apps.

The app stopped working and wouldn't allow me to login, when I finally was able to login, it wouldn't let me pay my bill via app for MONTHS. Randomly today, its allowing me to finally pay via app. Regardless, us cellular sucks and the only reason I keep it is because there aren't any options much better than this, and they're more expensive. Still wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even someone I hated.

Garbage app never works, makes it to where I have to call the stupid automated # make payments. That's for ripping me back to the 90's..... Stupid thing can't verify the phone they sold me or the phone number they gave me!!! It's just embarrassing at this point... How can a company go this long with such a garbage app an be taken seriously?

This app only works maybe 25% of the time. If you select "forgot password" or "username" it never sends you in the right direction to receive the information. If you select "keep me logged in", it doesn't. Highly disappointed in this app being this is how I pay my bill (well try anyways). You'd think they would have tech support on this issue or fix the issue all together.

This app sucks I always have to verify my phone and change my password it does not keep me logged in and sometimes it will just continue to load then stop on your login screen but no log in drop down boxes . To pay my bill on the phone I am using should be a snap why would I open your app with the phone number associated with my account not just pull my account up amd easily pay my bill . This app sucks!!

A lot of times you can't sign in and they will tell you the best thing to do is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, and then that should fix it but I'm tired of having to do that and it seems like I have to do that every month I go in to look at my bill or about to pay it. What's crazy is that when you call 611 and talk to customer service they are fully aware of the problem no, but they won't get their I.T. Department to fix it.
