The take-over of Onefit by USC really only made things worse - for the app as well for the service. E.g. it's not possible to book additional workouts against an extra payment for a month but you have to step up the entire subscription directly and are stuck with a new contract. To regain some flexibility I also needed to start a ClassPass subscription, instead of USCs aggressive up-sell. No bueno

Is not working correctly . The app is a disaster

The search is abysmal. I searched for "gym" and "fitness" next to my address in Berlin (Fhain). The app returns "0 venues" every time. Crossfit is not even a category, neither is weightlifting. The only way to find this thing called "gym" is to click through a million dots on the map. The search hasn't been improved in the new redesign. I repeat, search has been lowering this app's ratings for years, and this company is simply incapable to fix it. Their support experience is the same.

If im on the waitlist for a class and get a notification that a spot is available, and i click on it straight away, I can't book the class, i have to leave the waitlist, see if there is a spot and then im able to book the class.

Wer baut den heute noch solche Apps??? Überhaupt nicht intuitiv und voller Friction! Schade da das Angebot der Partner wirklich gut ist und deren Apps auch ;-)
