UNREAL has had its problems over the years but is solid now. They have a premium SIM which allows you to not rely on the app for texting. I enjoy the app but can't sign up for certain services that require a cell phone # with the mobile number on the old SIM...so definately get the Premium SIM!

Crashes so often, its difficult to make a phone call through the app. Usually, the data is fairly reliable, so I recommend calling via a third party app like Facebook messenger, Skype, WhatsApp, or anything else. Like I said, data is usually reliable, but there are some days cost over performance really makes you reconsider this product.

App stopped working yesterday. Reinstalled and now it says can't communicate with server. Their website won't log me in either. Horrible service when it's "working" as well.

today I've been calling over 6 times trying to get help with my voicemail access problems. Both tech supports were maxed out and couldn't help, only relying to telling me to email you guys at ( Tech support). Not before the one phone texh support had me change VPN and now I dont have access to the network or voicemails. Only to rely on using phone while connected to wifi. Please advise as I need to recover important voicemails and to ensure you ( UNREAL MOBILE) can complete promise in providi

Unreal has a great price on data, but phone calls seem to only work over wifi. Note that Unreal will not work with Bluetooth, such as hands-free driving. They cut off my service, without advanced notice, while rolling out a higher priced plan that I neither want nor asked for. To be fair, it was hard to tell when their low reliability service cut off,. The app does have a nice dashboard, to show when you no longer get texts, voice, nor data. Customer service has only auto-responded with Dear John emails for the past 2 months, As soon as I find my receipt, I'll sue them in court.

App crashes all the time, can't copy the phone number from the phone book within this app and also can't copy words separately from the messages. It copies the whole sentence. Phone drops between 5-25 min while talking. Can't wait to go back to my previous provider. Waste of prepaid 3 months of service and time. I'm actually gonna park the number here since I won't get any refunds and just get a new number on the different carrier. Mistake was made and I learned from it. Thanks.
