I wish tunetalk could enable a feature that could let us transfer data among the line that under the same owner. I have 4 tunetalk number, my 2nd line need a little data, my 1st line data balance still plenty and expiry soon. I wish could transfer the 1st line data to my 2nd line just for a short period of time will do. Tunetalk pls enable such features in the future, that will be a real help and economy for a user like me. I believe there are user need this features badly too. Thank u Tunetalk.

the app is okay. but data connection is very poor. as a student, i usually do my revision online. the internet is VERY SLOW. must wait for long long time to load. and i can't even join zoom meeting. it was okay at first. but later, it become problem. i subscribe unlimited anyway. tune talk please fix la

I've tried many times to log in with my phone number to top up and it repeatedly tells me it's the wrong number! And every other place I try to just get one day of data added on to my prepaid monthly plan, it wants to give me calls instead. The biggest hassle SIM card I've ever used anywhere!

Paid for a month prepaid on the website. I receive my sim card. I plug it in and install this app per instructed. I follow the instruction to try to register my number. Oh wait no such option, Instead of automatically registering me into the number I PAID. The wizard register me into a new number. There were no way to register to the paid num. The automated customer service chat was pointless as usual, and offer no solution. I requested a call from a human customer support. Nobody called me. 🙄

Rvbbi$h, bought a number online. Sent me a sim card without any number. Had to pick the number again. Bought jimat plan but gave me epik plan. RM10 top up vanished for no reason. After switching back to jimat. Sms told me I need to resubmit my ic, because my ic picture is not clear. How could it be not clear if the ai can pick up my address name and ic number correctly from the picture. It's a scam company. Don't buy. Now my number is blocked , can't be used. Wasted total RM10 for this thing.

All good except auto-renewal for internet plan. It takes 10 minutes to renew my internet. And I have to spend another 20 minutes with no internet eventhough already deduct my balance. If I self renew my internet, it works just fine, no times wasted with no internet whatsoever. So the auto-renewal is so not helpful.
