App? Para que sirve este app si no te ofrece más el softphone para llamar? Es una burla! """"""""" Tuenti app was fantastic until they took away the ability to call from the app. Now is sooo bad that you can't even check your payment transactions or see details of your account. They probably have these young developers that want to show their abilities but all they do is screw up something that works fine.

The app was fine until the update. I can't update it says it's not available in my country Ecuador????? Now it won't work at all

This app is good but sometimes it just takes long to open and load your calls/contacts, making you waste time if you need to make an urgent call, also, sometimes it doesn't dial when you phone, so you don't know if you're calling, and the volume is usually low, so if there is noise outside, it'll be hard to hear the other person. However, it has funny voice filters and great offers, and shows you how much money/data/sms you have spent and have left, so you have complete control over your usage.

Really cheap and generally good service until you move beyond the cities. Then coverage can get a little sketchy.

The app doesn't notify the new messages for the most part, thus the support chat ends briefly, which forces me to queue up again. Support chat screen doesn't scroll automatically (giving the illusion of not getting new messages for a while until I swipe up), same queue up scenario as well. Does not support split screen. While it does display your current combo details, it doesnt show when did the previous one expired, which is as paramount to know.
