This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing DND - Call,SMS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Totally useless. I have 2 SIMs.. when I enter sim2 No. for reg. It sends SMS to operator 1. The SMS format also don't match.. waste one..

About this app

DND (Do Not Disturb) Services app helps smart phone users to register their mobile number under
DND to avoid Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC)/Telemarketing Calls/SMS.
After registration if telecom subscriber still receives any UCC via SMS or call, then this app will facilitate users to register complaint with their respective Telecom Service Provider (TSP).

Activate DND Category Wise
Report Numbers to TRAI (Govt of India)
check your Number Status

UCC complaints will be sent to 1909 through messaging service only and user will not charged

User will still be able to register UCC complaints through Call or by sending SMS using toll free number 1909.
