Bad first impression. The first thing this app did was import roughly 30 names and numbers from my Contacts list. But only 2 of them are international and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove the 28 non-international numbers. So, straight away this app created more chaos and clutter! Very irritating. However, dialing directly from the app is straightforward and call quality is good. The core function of this app is very good; the extra features could be improved or eliminated.

It used to perfect better calling with my husband's phone he has another carrier. Now all of sudden I can't make any international calls at all. All it says unable to make call or it takes up to 10 minutes for the screen to let you call. This is ridiculous.

Has worked well in the past, but recently stopped working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but after going through the setup screens each time, it states "System error Try again" and to contact customer service if not resolved. I called customer service, pulled the phone battery out and reinstalled as they suggested, but that didn't fix problem. Maybe there's a glitch in the app.

It doesn't work, it used to work perfectly but after the update it won't dail numbers. Rate is 0 . Fix it please

App sucks it does absolutely nothing. I bought the international calling card and when I dial a number it still tells me I am not allowed to call that location. Update: I finally got the app to work but I have to call a number multiple times before the call will go through. Update: now the app has stopped working when I call a number it rings and rings but the other person never gets the call. I'm not pleased.

This app does not work ! I installed it on my android Samsung galaxy phone and I have a balance of $10.05 specially for international calls on my tracfone account, but it does not show on the app installed on my android phone. When I try to make a call, it fails because the app does not find my balance. I tried to get help from the Tracfone support but I got only automated answering system which found apparently a problem and tried to fixed it. But it did not address the problem which still remains. Very frustrating when you have to make an urgent call abroad... Totally useless !!! Update 5/5/2020 a few hours later...: I contacted Tracfone and tried to get help with my app issue. The representative did not seem to understand my problem first, then asked me to reinstall the app and run it, which I already did before. I did it again but it still did not work. Then as the representative fell short, she tried to transfer me to higher level for help and put me on hold. After 20 minutes of waiting, I just told her that I did not want to waste any longer my time and I quit. So, i am still left with an app which is not working and I cannot make international call although I spent $10 for it ! Tracfone need to fix their app and invest more in their help desks.
