I happen to like totalwireless for the plans and coverage. Unfortunately there app needs work. It works good until I really need it. It gives me the same error "invalid response" over and over and it is infuriating. The worst part is that even their webpage is the same.I am so close to switching. Choose totalwireless with caution. They don't try to scam you or constantly try to sell you something which I appreciate, but like I said I'm so close to paying more money for a better service provider

Been using this service for years. Somethings wrong now. It's being slow. I don't have a connection. Yet I have service. Its not my phone. It matches up with others reviews recently. To be exact, looking at the app, I was maxed out on my data. But your service says 10gb high speed then 2g after. Well it's not working at all when I'm maxed out on the data. And yes I have 2 service days left. Nothing of that sort.

Had this service for years and any time I've had an issue, it's been resolved quickly. But over the last 3 months, my service has been spotty at best and most days unless I'm outside, I don't get service. I've had the same plan for years, they recently added hotspot. It worked the first month and has not worked since. Every time I go to the app to add minutes or shop for a new phone, I keep getting "error occurred, please call with the phone number, and that's if the app even opens. NOT HAPPY!!

Worst ever. Picked up Total Wireless to have an extra phone line. it worked well for a couple of hours. after that unable to make or receive calls or text. called support three times. they kept telling me they were transferring me to a higher department but i was never connected to anyone who could fix the problem. Marco replied and asked me to text service, LOL. if i could send messages, but i can not.

I have no complaints regarding total wireless cell service that they provide. However the app and the website are absolutely unusable. It constantly has me log back in and will give error messages for almost every service available on the app. I can only access the website when on a computer, as when I'm on mobile none of the menu options work. Every link just brings me back to the home screen.

Absolutely horrible service. I would be on the phone talking to someone and the speed would slow down to where the person sounded robotic and then after a while it would speed up and get caught up at one time. Also, since switching to Total Wireless I had lost the ability to send picture text messages, Total Wireless told me that there was something wrong with my phone. I switch to Spectrum and I can send text picture messages again so it wasn't my phone indeed and it was their awful service.
