Verizon ruined it, I've been a customer for 10 years roughly. They had great service and alright customer service/user friendly apps. Recently I don't get notifications for my service renewal, the service connection isn't as good it's gotten spotty, and I can't access the app anymore. Any number of deletes brings up the same error. I'll definitely be switching

I've been with StraightTalk for at least 10+ years, but since they were bought out by Verizon, it's become worse, not better. The service is good,but I can no longer use my points for a free plan. It says the plans outlined by a heavy green border are eligible, and the only plans outlined are for add-on data. I also had to uninstall and re download the app and now my fingerprint login does not work. I'm on the verge of going with a different provider and not recommending StraightTalk anymore.

Indescribably bad. It appears to be purposefully thick. It took an hour to do a five-minute task. The app often "forgot" that I was logged in, & I'd go through the two-step authentication again, then I'd have to restart the task I had been pursuing. It was like navigating a chaotic nightmare, where nothing was what it looked like. I learned which links to avoid by trial & error, to avoid logout. Why wouldn't your data usage be on the dashboard? Because irrelevant popup ads take up all the space?

The service from straight talk is good, the app is okay, but the notifications are not so good. It has happened numerous times that I get a text saying that my plan is about to expire and to pay now to avoid interruption (yet I still have over 1 week before renewal). The one I just got stated that my plan expires on 1/7/24, yet I go into the app and it says I have until 1/12/24. I have had other bizarre notifications come through, all were inaccurate to say the least

When the app is working properly It works great. Customer service has been amazing. Anything Ive needed help with they've been nothing but patient and helpful. I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because half the time I go to use the app it freezes Or or keeps keeps taking me back to the same window with no option to proceed forward. However I don't use it very often so No big deal! I just call them if I really need help And they help me every time! Very friendly very easy and they're quick!

This app is trash and the online is trash. They still have some random phone number as my phone number so it doesn't allow me to do anything but give them money! How convenient for them. My ticket for the issue has not been dealt with for two months now. It is so frustrating. And to top it off I had to purchase 3 phone cards in one month because of this issue. I really ready to just give up on this straight talk. Update; Straight talk contacted with a simple sorry, offered no resolution !!!
