스마트폰 어플리케이션 설치 & 회원가입 후 현지 국가의 전화번호(DID)를 발급받고, 현지의 가족, 친구들과 국제전화 요금이 아닌 현지 통화요금으로 한국 서비스 가입자와 통화할 수 있는 서비스 입니다.
투넘버 서비스는 인터넷 전화, 카카오톡의 보이스톡 등과 달리 음성통신망을 이용한 통신 서비스로 안정적인 통화 연결과 통화 음질을 자랑합니다.

[주요기능]

(1) 투넘버 서비스는 통화 보조수단이 아니라, 통화 수단입니다.
투넘버 서비스는 스마트폰의 어플리케이션을 활용하지만 음성통신망을 이용한 통화서비스로 유선전화, 피쳐폰등과 통화할 수 있습니다. 상대방의 어플 설치와 상관없이 최고의 통화 연결이 가능한 통화 수단입니다.

(2) 안정적인 통화 연결과 음질품질을 지원합니다.
인터넷이 되지 않는 환경에서도 끊임없는 통신이 가능합니다.

(3) 통신비가 저렴합니다.
투넘버 서비스는 유료 통신 서비스로 각 국가에 최적화된 요금제를 제공합니다.

(4) 전화번호를 통신하는 서비스 입니다.
대부분의 어플을 통한 서비스는 어플 To 어플 통신이고, 인터넷을 통한 통신입니다. 그러나, 투넘버 어플은 전화번호를 다이얼하며, 음성통화에 인터넷을 사용하지 않습니다.

미국 서비스 가입자는 미국 전화번호 다이얼만으로 수신 및 발신이 됩니다. 요금 또한 국제전화 요금이 아닌 로컬 요금이 적용됩니다. 투넘버 서비스에 가입하면, 월 일정액의 전화번호 유지비가 지출되지만, 미국의 가족들은 국제전화 부담 없이 한국에 거주하고 있는 나와 통화할 수 있습니다.

Two Number 서비스 요금제는 3가지로 구분됩니다. 투넘버 서비스 설치시 국내 요금제에 대한 질문이 있습니다.
아래 1-1) ~ 1-3) 요금제 중 어떤 요금제를 사용하고 있는지를 정확하게 답변을 해야 고객님에게 불이익이 없습니다.
1-1) 국내 무제한 음성통화 요금제를 사용하고 있는 고객
1-2) 국내 무제한 음성통화 요금제를 사용하고 있지 않은 고객
1-3) 에넥스텔레콤 국내 요금제와 함께 사용하는 요금제


[투넘버 서비스 지역]
현재는 미국 전화번호 서비스를 하고 있지만, 2016년 상반기중 70개국 이상으로 서비스를 확대할 예정입니다.


[투넘버 국제전화 사용방법]
1) 미국 투넘버 서비스 가입자가 미국으로 전화하는 방법
미국 -> 미국 전화하는 방법과 동일 합니다. 예) 1-212-213-xxxx만 다이얼 하면 됩니다.
* 미국 외 국가에 통화할 때도 미국 -> 국제전화 사용하는 방법과 동일합니다.
예) 011-국가코드 + 전화번호

2) 미국에서 한국 투넘버 서비스 가입자에게 전화하는 방법
* 미국 -> 미국 전화하는 방법과 동일 합니다. 예) 1-212-213-xxxx만 다이얼 하면 됩니다.


[투넘버 주소록 입력 방법]
투넘버 서비스는 별도 주소록 데이터베이스를 갖고 있지 않습니다. 그러므로 폰에 있는 주소록을 그대로 사용해야 합니다. 투넘버 서비스에서 인식하는 주소록은
프리픽스(001, 002 or 00700 등) + 국가코드 + 전화번호 순으로 입력된 전화번호부입니다.
