The app seems to work better as time goes on, a big shortcoming is not being able to receive text from short code numbers. The reason for the app is to give to others so you don't have to give out main number. This is supposed to mirror the capability of a main number but does not. This capability should be added. There should also be a block number option as there are a lot of scam/spam calls on line even though scam blocking enabled.

Don't bother. I've been using this awhile now. It's buggy. Sometimes it doesn't ring and then just shows a missed call. This cannot be used as a second line at all. You can't receive short codes so no text messages from multi-factor authentication or any type of app or service you have to verify your number. They provide a lame reason why it's not enabled but it's works fine on other apps. Stay with Google voice if you have it.

Have used this app for 4-6 years, and all of a sudden I start having problems. Not getting all of my digits calls, unable to answer my main line calls from my main line if I'm signed in to digits, my car doesn't recognize when a call is hung up (music won't restart), if the main 2 lines on my account are both signed in to digits and on the same wifi network it won't allow me to send sms messages (it says that it doesn't recognize the T-Mobile network). Not enough space for the rest of my issues.

Rings my business number on several phones at once. If I'm unable to answer the call then one of my other business partners can. Doesn't matter which carrier they have... just need the app. No issues.

Worthless. Old phone is still listed as main number for security on many accounts. Need to send short code from Google/bank/etc to my old phone so I can use DIGITS to forward to my new phone to get into my account. Ok, so TMobile is so great that they BLOCK SHORT CODE SMS MESSAGES. so I can't use digits to get my codes to get into my accounts. FAIL.

Drops calls often. Caller audio cannot be heard by recipent often, have to call multiple times to get through, usually annoying recipients. With some tweaks this app could be great, but for now it barely gets the. Job done.
