I live in the US. I transferred my mobile phone service to Ting today. I attempted to call the UK today. Ting says: "international calling is only available to customers after 2 months of consecutive service"... WHAAAT ?! ... It is like renting a room at a hotel for the first time but the hotel does not allow me to flush the toilet until after using the room for 2 months... This is just ridiculous !...I am transferring away from Ting now!

Purchased an activation card and checked my phone compatibility, everything was fine. Here my phone was SIM locked. So I got another phone. Ting wanted me to buy a completely new SIM after already pauing for the service and the card for 1 month. 20$. And I still couldn't use my data. I'll take my chances with TextNow.

App works fine for what it is supposed to do. My rating is for the service which is horrendous even though I have a 5G phone I don't get service everywhere especially in buildings or parking garages if I get 5G service is only in certain areas in the city or Queens. Ting uses both t-mobile and Verizon towers but service is subpar even to mint. I'm going back to Verizon prepaid.

was great until I tied to disconnect the two lines I don't need over ayear ago.... I am still getting charged!! so unless you want to be forced into a life time plan you cannot cancel stay away. for you ting I want my money back!!!

I'm enjoying my phone service, a lot. This app lets me check all my account information. I just wish it worked better with the largest font on my phone, because I'm legally blind and hate straining my eye to read things when I need to shrink it down. The magnefier does fudge-all for me because the type of sight loss I have, and my screen reader has been glitching out ever since the second to last software update. Otherwise, thanks for the app!
