I think this app is just picking up space on my phone... Tried using a couple of times and it never knows where am at... And freezes while looking for a hot spot like now tried to use it and it can't locate me... Ridiculous 🤐

Can't login to My spectrum app since it's a business account. So now I can't use spectrum hotspots?

It'll drain your battery. It has the option to prioritize your home and
work networks, but sadly they have not enabled this feature yet. If your
home or work is near a hotspot it will constantly disconnect you and bounce
you between the 2 networks. It works when you connect manually but then you
have to remember to turn it off once you get on the home or work network.
I'm not sure why they have the edit/preferred networks button if they have
not developed this part of the app yet. Basically this app is useless until
they fix this feature. Been almost a year and I still can't use the edit
tags feature to remain on my home network.
