I have tried the app on Android 4.4.2 and 6.0.1 and I experienced very low volume on the microphone. The other party can hardly hear me. I have tried on different wifi networks, 3G, 4G, different destination numbers local and international. It is definitely a bug in the application. Practically the application is not usable.

Terrible application. The developers have given up caring about this and have not updated it in years. It doesn't work at all, and it constantly turns the WiFi on and off on my phone. It's a shame that my organization forces me to use this garbage.

Disconnects, incoming calls lost without a trace, poor audio quality

This app always crashes on startup. Uninstall/reinstall, phone reboot doesn't help. Maybe it's not supported on my Galaxy S7 with Android Nougat / 7.0. (App was last updated January 2016)

In order to "close" the app, you have to go "offline", it should get rid of it from your notification tray and processes
