Not sure what's going on with my internet It was doing fine and I've had and left my phone for a long time Now I'm ready to switch it out I can't get to none of my stuff It keeps circling and I've never known it to be 2G so what's going on? I do not like that they do not have a customer support person I can talk to. The chat support is an inconvenience majority of the time.

The virtual assistant wont let me type at all and i struggle with payments, it wont take my cards it just says enter cvv number but it wont let me type it. 😒
