the captioning is accurate but there is a slight delay between when the person on the other line speaks and when the caption appears, it is slight. Customer service: I had been happily using Nagish for awhile. But when I relocated and got a local phone# The app got stuck between numbers. I didn't want to deal with CS so I began searching for a new app to make my calls with. Nagish took initiative and personally contacted me bc they noticed there was troubles with my account! WOW!

Awesome! This should be standard on everyone's phone app! The app is very clean, without a bunch of disruptive ads and allows different options of phone communication. I love that you can read what the person on the other line is saying and you could even take a phone in a quiet place by typing a response and the app with speak it to the person on the other line for you.

It is working out very very well. So much like TDD/TTY!!! Couldn't get any better!!!! If you're looking for something similar to Relay Service then this App is great for you. I think this app is great for deaf people who don't like using video phone calls, or to avoid relay people on Sorenson Video Phone Call misunderstanding you and/or any miscommunication, etc. I would rate this app 10 out of 10. Worth downloading. Hope my review helps.

I am having issues linking my own number. I clicked on my cell phone carrier and tried to link but my carrier says they don't do call forwarding. Also contacted customer support and they couldn't link my number as well. It's a huge headache and feel like I have to jump through hoops to figure it out

In middle of call a survey pop up and disconnect my call. Try reach support no luck. Nagish need to contact me about this. Screen shot the issue. Pending the response from support what I do with the screen shot.

This is where Nagish comes in! Their goal is to ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of communication, hence the name Nagish, which means 'accessible'!”

■ With Nagish, people who are deaf or hard of hearing can now engage in private conversations and access call transcripts using their existing phone numbers, eliminating the need for interpreters, deaf translators, stenographers, or captioning assistants, and it's completely free

■ Fast and Accurate: Nagish uses live transcribe technology to ensure live call captions. It keeps up with the flow of conversation, capturing every word with remarkable speed and accuracy without needing a deaf translator.

■ 100% Private: Your privacy is #1. The captions remain completely secure from end to end without involving humans in the process.

■ Built-in Spam Filter: Nagish includes a robust spam filter that automatically identifies and filters out unwanted or unsolicited messages. Not enough? You can also block specific phone numbers.

■ Profanity Blocker: Nagish incorporates a profanity blocker to maintain a respectful and positive communication environment. It filters out offensive language, creating a more pleasant user experience.

■ Live Call Captions: Nagish Live instantly lets you caption conversations around you into written text. This new exciting feature is ideal for public events, class lectures, airports, noisy environments, and doctor’s appointments.

■ FCC Certified: Nagish is certified by the FCC to provide captioned telephone services in the United States. As a certified provider, Nagish will remain a free service. To qualify, you must self-attest your eligibility as an FCC requirement.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
