Ever since the last update your app's been giving me problems. For one thing, whenever I copy a password for one of my accounts, your app keeps pasting to my device's clipboard. Another is every time I switch between your app & the browser, I have to keep signing back in. I don't want to uninstall because I don't want to lose my passwords. (I just noticed you created an update. Let me check your update first to see if it works, then I'll get back to you here.)

The UI is very slow and sluggish, even the rotating loading icon is not properly centered. Recently it logged me out completely and I had to re-enter my email and password to get it back up. And even then it said try again later. My main feedback is, currently it connects to the server first and then allows you to login, which makes it really slow.. what you should do is to let user login as offline and do the server connect in the background.

Just doesn't work consistently. It's useless. Most of the time it says fingerprint operation cancelled and quits. Occasionally it works but never when you're in an app and need it to supply the login details. Phone is Motorola g5. Quick response from developer to original review asking for more info. Other users have complained of the same problem on Motorola g5 phone so I won't waste my time going over the same ground. I have installed a password manager that works.

Been using password manager for years. It has occasional issues like not loading the site you need but overall its been great for protection or saving passwords. You can ask it to recommend passwords but obviously if you lose the app or stop subscription, you'll have an awful lot of complicated passwords to try to get access to!

This app really needs some way, such as colour coding or a different font, to really distinguish between lower case letters, upper case letters, and numbers. Capital O and 0 are very similar, and i, I, and l are almost indistinguishable. It means if I need to type it into a PC from my phone it is very hard to do. It also need to be able to have more than 1 account on on the same software properly. Other than that, generally seems to be a great app.

It's funny how truly bad it is, it doesn't pick up the permissions. It thinks it's not allowed to fill in data even after you enable it. The Vault is cool but the login and passwords setvice don't work. And not sure why but if I try to log in with the app it loops me from the internet and nortan password applock screen even if I log into both it continues until I hit my phones home button. Not impressed with this disfunction.
