This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mobile HotSpot on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This app is made for older models of Samsung cellphones. If you have an newer version it won't work. When I emailed the developer to ask if there's any upgrades, and I was ignored. Don't use it.

Im mike and i will give this app a t star rating but i only used it twice and if it messes up i will be back to update my 5star rating. I was having trouble with my wi fi shutting off and now it does not so thats a 5 out of 5 in my books.im using the bottom of the line cheepy phone an LG K4 but its mine and like the day i bought it brand new.

App didnt let me change wifi name, or connect to wifi on other devices.. Didnt even do anything after I turned it on besides turn itself back off, which is counterproductive

failed test - set to turn off Hotspot after 1 minute does not turn off mobile hotspot. other phone still able to connect to wifi

paid for pro version as well. both will not connect to any other device. and when you exit out of the screen it shuts it back off again. very disappointed from what it used to be

Won't even try to work I have straight talk and a network plan of both data and phone service.

Mobile HotSpot is an application which facilitates your Internet phone connection sharing either with your tablet or PC via a Wi-Fi connection (tethering).


You can easily share your Internet mobile with only ONE CLICK.

Mobile HotSpot shows the number of devices connected to your hotspot. It is also possible to see in detail the list of all connected devices.

You can define a timer to turn off your HotSpot automatically after a number of minutes.


Also you can automatically activate your HotSpot as you connect your phone on AC or USB power. In the same way, as you disconnect your phone from a power source you can automatically turn off the HotSpot application.


Finally, in order to save your battery "Mobile HotSpot" turns itself off and instantly stops sharing when your battery is running at less than 20%.


Most parameters can be changed via a configuration screen available via the menu: SSID, timer, battery level, notification.
