This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Genesis Intelligent Assistant on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It doesn't work. I have un-installed and reinstalled several times and it doesn't work. What's the point of having it if it doesn't work

Recent update increased the font size by a lot which makes some popup notifications in the app unusable since the selection buttons are now off screen.

So the app is zoomed in or something and I can't fix it. I've looked at settings I've deleted and reinstalled it. There is no way to fix it and it makes some of the features just not usable and it needs to be fixed.

UI scaling is awful. All the popups to use any feature is cut off halfway as it's too big for the screen

Glitchy. Bad back end software engineering. And incoherently low rate limiting. Use your smart features throughout the day and get blocked till the next. This is far from a luxury experience. I likely wouldn't have purchased a Genesis had I known how poorly this app functions. Update: now the layout is not sized correctly for my screen size and so UI elements don't fit on the phone making parts of the app completely unusable.

With the Genesis Intelligent Assistant App you can:
