You may use either Web Panel at beta.sparrowsms.com or this android app to send mass SMS to users who have agreed to receving SMS alerts from you. You need to purchase SMS credits at Sparrow SMS in order to send SMS.
You can use the app with following instructions::
Import contacts from your mobile via Contact Manager setting details
Add new numbers manually via contact list
Create groups (via Contact Manager) to send bulk sms based on your requirement
To compose SMS, select Bulk SMS under SMS section and send SMS to required groups right away or schedule it to send whenever you want under the “Advanced Options”
View the reports of sent SMS by selecting ‘Bulk SMS Report’ under SMS section
