It only works through wifi. That's the worse part. I needed to call someone without using wifi in case of a emergency. When calling without wifi it freezes and doesn't even work. I can see the interpreter fine but they cannot see me based without wifi. When using DUO, we had no problems. But with using ntouch isn't good to use for emergency purposes without wifi. Please fix it!!! Given a star rate. 2.5.

My phone have no issue. My mobile data is fine. But still cant get ANY of incoming calls at all. And im expecting few VERY important calls. This app is unreliable.

In the past before all those unnecessary updated app, I could always use VCO on this app until several updated app later, I now have to turn on the microphone manually. And during the VCO call, (about 5 minutes into the call) the microphone for this app quit working. In the past, I had set up VCO and it always automatically by itself. Now it doesn't. I hate it. Bring back the original configuration for VCO of this app...

You really need to fix this app because it kept crashing EVERY time I try to call and I am NOT getting any calls notification like flashing light to let me know when someone calls me. Or calls one ring hangs up... this is my only the ONLY phone I need to use. Please fix it or I will uninstall it and go to different provider. I am really tired of this crashing problems even it pops up says the ntouch is not working. I had to force stop it in order to work. Now please consider to fix this app. I am totally frustrating right now.

Since the Oct 2019 upgrade, the app is working worse than before. Microphone rendered useless. Phone mic was interfered and no longer works. Microphone switch must be turned on manually at every call. Takes longer for phone to ring and when answered, caller has long since hung up. Incoming calls not shown on front screen as requested. Please fix or go back to old program

i expect this to be easy and smooth app but there are alot of an isssues as freezing, disconnecting while making a call, talking with third party, black screen while interpeters can't see me, too much slow motion freezing on the screen if even full four bars and few problem inside app when it s uninstall and reinstall when technically support said it should be nothing s wrong. i appreciate this if engineering support can fix an issues..
