This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mi Tigo Ticket on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Excelente para ahorrar tiempo pero al momento de hacer el check in, me saca de la app. Y no me salen opciones de ventas o SAC. Avisen cuando tengan solucion!

Selección de ticket:

1. Visítanos hoy: podrás generar un ticket de atención en tiendas con la funcionalidad para presentarse el mismo día en un lapso de 2 horas.
2. Programa tu visita: Permite programar una cita en tiendas para un día posterior.

Método de búsqueda de agencias:
1. Cerca de Ti: Método de búsqueda automática que encuentra las agencias cercanas a la ubicación del cliente en un radio de 5km a la redonda (requiere activar GPS del teléfono).
2. Búscala por Nombre: Método de búsqueda de agencias por dirección, código postal, ciudad, departamento o nombre.

Confirmación de la visita:

1. Luego de seleccionar la agencia, notifica la confirmación de la visita que programaste, con los datos que seleccionaste previamente.
2. Escaneo del código QR: Al llegar a la agencia, deberá ingresar a la aplicación y seleccionar la pestaña Ticket y Citas, realizar el registro (check in) haciendo click en el cuadro. Posteriormente deberá escanear el QR Code ubicado en la entrada a la agencia e inmediatamente indicará que pases a la sala de espera.

Disponible para dispositivo móvil Android, versión debe ser superior a 4.0
