While doing what I need, the interface is not touch friendly or intutive (why do I need to highlight and hold to add to favorites when that is the only menu item, why not just let me Star it like other things on Android?) and the login/ signon process are slow. Also, the Voicemail function needs a refresh instead of refreshing every time I enter. Too many times I wait for it to refresh when I just need to grab a quick VM. Overall its slow and cumbersome, but effective and does what a need. Could be better

Not very impressive. It has - Phone directory - Dial out using Mobile minutes - Listen to voice mail. It will not receive voip calls, the most useful feature imaginable

Great app, lets you make business calls from your cell phone without giving out your business phone number. West IPC has thought of everything!

Its a good start. Needs some UI updating but overall it gets the job done. Westip service desk was very helpful in getting me setup
