This app has never worked properly for me and now I am unable to even open the app at all, I have to input everything through the webpage.

If I could give zero I would. Kicks me out to the sign in screen every time I take a picture and hit the check mark. It was much easier when we could take pictures and add them in. I spent almost 2 hours trying to get 1 picture to take and keep. Absolutely ridiculous!
