About this app

お水簿は接客サービス業、主に水商売(クラブ、ラウンジ、キャバクラ、ガールズバー、ホストクラブなど)で働いておられる方(ホステス、ホスト、キャバ嬢)向けに開発された顧客管理アプリです。
※Sample版の為、登録可能件数に制限があります。

接客サービス向上に必要な情報管理が手軽に行えますので、売り上げ、指名数の向上に繋がります。
使い方は簡単、まずは顧客情報を登録、次に顧客様単位で来店記録をつけていくだけ。
※フリーのお客様を管理するために、顧客情報登録でフリーと登録しておくと便利です

あとは、メニュー画面より簡単に登録した情報を見れます。
たとえば、誕生日のお客様、来店予定のあるお客様、売掛け金が未収のお客様、今月の売上小計やポイントなど他にも便利な検索や並べ替えが可能。

主に管理できる情報は下記の通りです
【顧客様の情報】
初回来店日、前回来店日、名前、ニックネーム、誕生日、電話番号、メールアドレス、連絡可能時間帯、来店可能日、来店予定日、ボトルキープの情報、好きなドリンク、たばこ、会社名、職業、役職、趣味、画像、住所、その他メモを管理
※来店記録を登録すれば、来店回数、総売上、平均利用金額が顧客情報管理画面に自動で表示されます

【来店記録の管理】
来店人数、接客時の会話内容やドリンク、売上および売上の詳細、売掛け金の入金期日や入金日、売上小計、ポイントを管理
支払を現金、カード、売り掛け(ツケ払い)に分けて登録できますので、売掛金の管理が容易に行えます
また、売上小計やポイントを入力することにより、売上目標の管理ができます

主な機能一覧
■顧客情報の検索や並び替え
あいうえお順、総売上順、来店回数順、直近の来店日順での並び替え
誕生日、ニックネーム、ふりがな、会社名、来店予定、未入金売上があるお客様での検索
顧客情報管理画面から、そのまま電話やメール、Lineアプリの起動が可能
■売上実績の管理
売上実績を期間を指定して集計可能　※売上、売り掛け未入金の合計、売上小計の合計、ポイントの合計
売掛金が未入金の伝票(来店記録)を表示
■その他
データのエクスポート機能　※はがき作成ソフト用に住所録データの取り出しが可能
パスワード設定機能
バックアップ機能　
※バックアップファイルをgoogledriveなどに保管しておけば、機種交換時に簡単にデータを復元できます
下記の手順をご参照ください
①バックアップメニューより『データベースのバックアップ』を選択「OK」を返す
※/Download/yyyymmdd_ombackup.dbが作成されます
②『GoogleDriveを起動』を選択
※GoogleDriveが起動されます
③左上のメニューより「マイドライブ」を選択し、右下の+マークを押して『アップロードを選択』
④『内部ストレージ』→『Download』を選択
⑤手順①にて作成したバックアップファイルを選択します
※この際インターネット環境への接続が必要です
⑥マイドライブへ選択したファイルがアップロードされます
⑦データを移行したい端末にて、アプリを起動します
⑧バックアップメニューより『GoogleDriveを起動』を選択
⑨左上のメニューより「マイドライブ」を選択し、手順⑥でアップロードしたバックアップファイルの右
にある『縦三つの点』を押して『ダウンロード』を選択します
⑩バックアップメニューより『データベースの復元』を押して、手順⑨でダウンロードしたファイルを選択します

以上で、機種変更した端末へのデータ移行作業完了となります
