I have to lgin with user ID and password for all the time. It is not advisable for mobile app. So it creates unnecessary difficulties.

Hopeless team. The entire system is worthless. I am facing connectivity issue due to damage of wire but neither the local IT hub nor any of the team mebers bother to respond in order to resolve the issue. Deeply regret to have taken the connection. I strongly suggest other users not to chose this Broadband service.

What on earth do you mean by "stay logged in" in the app description!! I have to put in the username, password and a captcha every single freakin time I open the app!!
