Please try to do the notification mirroring through general internet connectivity like in Pushbullet. Notification mirroring and phone access from PC is required 24x7, so turning it off at any point of time is out of options. Keeping bluetooth on always may not be a big deal at all, but using bluetooth to send receive data just always produces much more heat and consumes a lot of power. The heat in turn makes the system consume more power and also makes charging rate slower. For any other functionality other than just mirroring bluetooth connection or wifi direct can be used.
