Trying out ScreenConnect and downloaded this app for my Galaxy S7 running android 7. Tried creating a support session and joining it from my phone. As soon as I connect the app crashes. It leaves a notification on my screen that I can't get rid of without rebooting my phone. Also, why are there 5 apps on the app store, can't this be consolidated? Seems confusing, especially if I'm going to expect users that need remote support to install it.

Edit - mouse pointer is completely missing now! As others have stated, the mouse control is ridiculously obtuse and slow. It shouldn't be this hard to use a remote control app. Also, build a real app, not just the browser wrapper and give me a pin option to secure it.

Updated: Love ScreenConnect, hate the Mouse on this app. Seriously, if they actually payed attention to these reviews, they would see that everyone hates it. KNOCK KNOCK SCREENCONNECT... IS ANYONE HOME??? Edit: ask and you shall receive... now the mouse is gone, and you have to long press to get a pop up to select left click... just hope you long pressed the right spot. Here is a simple solution. Put a for in the middle of the screen (location of the mouse) move the dot to where you want to click, then click a button at the bottom of the phone (left and right). That way you know exactly where your clicking, and you don't have to long press everything. Would rate 0 stars, but 1 will have to do.

With the weird way of using a mouse, this is insufferable. Maybe a new version will come out quickly and fix this. Won't hold my breath. Two thumbs down, way way down!!!

Remote access doesn't work. App crashes instantly on my VZW GS7 :-\ Currently useless. Please fix.

Not usable anymore. When I zoom in it loses all ability to interact with client and after a few moments resets to default window which is to small as I have multiple monitors.
