Really, REALLY bad on Chromebook. I use it to connect to a PC that has two monitors, and unlike the Windows version of this app, there is zero way whatsoever to turn off the display of one screen. This means every. single. time. I open the app, I have to re-zoom and re-pan over to the screen I need. At completely random times, it will zoom out fully, which means re-zooming and re-panning AGAIN. This happens once every few minutes and is absolutely infuriating when I'm trying to work.

Needs to limit number of machines under access by default to prevent freezing. Also seems to reconnect non-stop after hitting back to disconnect from a machine.

IT Support of End user Cell phones: This app is meant to help us support our end users with troubleshooting their cellphones and yet: #1 While I can connect to any android device this NEEDS to be simplified. #2 MORE IMPORTANT: The only Android devices able to be controlled are Samsung!? How do you justify this inexcusable failure to your customers? 2 Stars because we can at least connect if the end user is patient enough for us to explain reptitive and confusing steps. *Please* "Polish"...

Works fine mostly. Just the search freezes when I have to load the first 1000 devices.

I was pleasantly surprised that their was an app for this. It works but there are some major drawbacks to using this over the windows version. I have 2 screens at work and the windows version of this app will allow you to split the two screens into two screens but that doesn't seem to be an option here. That is a deal breaker. I can make a long screen from my work computer and have to show across both my screens at home, but if your two screens at home are different sizes, you are limited to the size of the smaller of the two. Please allow us to split our screens on chromebooks. I love my Chromebook but due to limitations like this, I had to buy a laptop for working remotely.
