The phone, this app and the smarthings app don't even work together. Nothing Smart stays connected and updated..not even my Samsung TVs which are all 2019 and 2020. I bought this $2k+ Fridge along with the matching Range, dishwasher and microwave. The Range connects and then for some reason the app drops it. This is disappointing. I should have kept my GE appliances.

Shopping app doesn't let you sort items from your list alphabetically. Also limits you to 100 items (includes items added that aren't on your list). Means scrolling through 100 items on the list (which aren't in any order) to find the one you want to add to your shopping list. If you just type the item name in, it creates a duplicate which eats into the 100 name limit. Come on Samsung! This could be great if it weren't for these simple user experience issues

I love the family hub on my new refrigerator. I have a slide show of all my children and grandchildren and it's easy to update with new photos. We also love watching tv on the hub. This way we don't need to put a TV in the kitchen. I like that i can look up what i have going on for the day week or month on my outlook calendar and i can leave notes on the fridge for my family. We can see it ring notices, keep an electronic shopping list. It's been a great addition to our kitchen.

Pretty terrible. App was obviously made by interns. For example, trying to upload a photo for the fridge cover page. Its not to scale of a normal photo and no editing in the app so I either have to edit it to make it work or have cut off heads all the time. Yes, it can be done but shouldn't it be about convenience rather than trying to figure out a workaround for fridge photo? Terrible. F-

The app and fridge is useless at the moment as it gives an error when you login. The website says it's a bug and to turn off 2fac Auth as a work around except that is no longer an option with your Samsung account. This has been a known bug since 2019 and its now 2021 is no fix. Terrible experience.

Software is basically one giant set of bugs. Please never attempt to have more than one person in your family use this without all sharing a single ID. If you attempt to sign in with different profiles you get into death loops, have to uninstall, restore refriger to factory settings, etc... You can only use ONE profile.
