I got a sim through this company. The sim was for my unlocked Blu G90 phone. They sent me a Tmobile sim. In the area I live in Tmobile has zero reception. I couldn't even send a text message. They couldn't troubleshoot me over the phone because my has no reception so they cant connect to it even if I call them from a landline. So I requested they send me an ATT sim so I wouldnt have to drive to another town to make a phone call. They said they could sell me an ATT sim through another department.

I keep putting my number in the box to set up my safelink app account but it just keeps saying i need to be a safelink customer, well i am a safe link customer have been since August 2016 so i dont understand why it is saying this
