Since I read from republic support that this is no longer in development, I just uninstalled and removed republic anywhere from my Android . Now I keep getting text messages from my own phone number, stating that I have a message from republic wireless that I need to download. I'm not downloading anything if this app is no longer being supported, and I don't know why that's being triggered now to keep spamming me with text messages. Annoying, bordering on harassment

I love the convenience of being able to receive and send texts from either my phone or the desktop, but text threads aren't sync'd very well between the two. Often, the phone app will say "downloading,,," or "syncing message..." and never get updated with data from the desktop app. This app needs a lot of work (and testing, please).

This app used to be fantastic but now it doesn't work at all on the non-Republic phone I was using it to retrieve the texts to my Republic phone. Unfortunately because it's no longer a development they're no longer maintaining it as all the other systems in which it has to function have been updated. This has now been updated into extinction.

lousy, about every 3,4 or 5 weeks "Anywhere" will reset. I notice this b/c if I open the app after a reset it says "start using Anywhere" the problem is that every time it happens i lose all previous texts. and yes i have attempted to "go to archive" and retrieve them but it's always empty.

Tonight my text messages started to disappear. I opened the app and my most recent message were not August but were March. I closed it and reopened and it was January. Now I'm back in November. Perhaps if it is November I can invest in Amazon and hand sanitizer. I did use the in-app support tool. It failed due to "server error." Edit/Update: I did try Google Messages and my messages were there. I was informed when I started with Republic I should use the Anywhere app for messages. I didn't realize Republic now recommends their customers specifically NOT use Republic's own app. Why would it still be listed in the Google Play store? Final update: It would be nice (almost courteous) if customers were told BEFORE problems occur that an app is no longer useful, instead of waiting for them to request support, followed by simple copy & paste replies.

I hate that I have to turn my data on to message, it shouldn't have to use data or internet. When I run out of data is the only time (besides w wifi) that I can message friends and family. Weird to claim "unlimited" texting but only can use it when data runs out.
