Using BlueStacks

This app could easily have 5 stars but it is lacking, in my opinion, the most important feature--the ability to hear your child when the app is idle. I've missed SO many messages from my kid because unless the app is opened it only sends a notification that I missed a message. This makes the app virtually unusable. Relay should learn from Zello and allow voice to come through when the app is idle. Unless this feature is added I'll be getting rid of the Relay.

You have to enter billing information to see how the app even works. It would be nice to have a free app I could explore to see if the product was worth purchasing. The product cost $50 and runs primary on this app. If I could see how well the app is designed it might sell me on the product and the service. I've had Republic Wireless and while it is cheap and good network, the customer service was lacking.

This app's location updates used to be pretty accurate. Now the delay time on getting an updated acct to where my child is delays for almost 3hrs...even with the 5min update setting applied. Not sure what is happening here, but I would hate for an actual emergency to occur and not be able to locate my child. Please update the app to address delays, thanks.

Easy to set up and fairly easy to move around, but the app is not notifying me when the relay sends me a message. Kinda frustrating especially when you need to know when your child is trying to message you.

Each time there is an update ( well, almost every time ), something doesn't work quite right. I use the relay to keep track of a truck, mainly, geofence and current location. The latest update makes it tricky to find the history screen, once I found it. The geofence history doesn't scroll. I can only see the last 5-6 entries even though there is a bubble on the line indicating there are more items on the geofence history screen. The location history screen does scroll properly.
