Notifications don't work properly

There's no (obvious) way to set up an account. Both the desktop website and the mobile app are designed to be able to log in but there is no apparent way to create an account. There's also no way to contact support or look up how to create an account. Makes the application worthless.

Stop asking for my contacts. Every time I open the app it asks for permission to access my phone's contacts. This would be whatever if it asked once and never again but it literally asks every time I open it. Furthermore the app tries to make you think that you can't continue without doing so- just push continue and then refuse permission (you need to go through this hoop each time). My contacts are not business related so stop data mining.

Buggy! If i answer at my desk the ReachUC answer screen goes way but keeps ringing. Not in notifications, if I pull up the app it doesn't show the answer / decline screen. I have to restart my phone. It's great that this app can forward to my cell, but it's painful when i answer and the person on the other end is wondering if I'm going to put them on hold cause they hear a phone ringing. Stock Samsung S10 that's up to date. Please fix!

ReachUC always keeps me connected and is so simple to use. When I'm not at my office desk, I can clearly see when a business call is coming through on my mobile and answer professionally. Plus, I can text, call and access all business voicemails on my cell phone without mixing it up with my personal messages. Great app!

App constantly goes to sleep. I have to open the app 4 to 5 times a day for it to receive calls.
