I have been using these cameras for several years but since the last few updates the app has not worked very well. I am connected and online, yet most of the time when I try to view events, it says no results found. If I do a search then sometimes the events will come up, sometimes not. Live view, speakers and snapshot all work fine. I have done all fixes suggested but the app still does not work like it used to before the December update. Very frustrating.

When it works, it's OK, but it is persnickety and downright disappointing when it doesn't. Please do better and work the bugs out soon. * After two supposed "updates" and uninstalling and reinstalling, it's still the shittiest app on my phone. These are SECURITY CAMERAS, the app needs to work better. As in work more than 25% of the time 🤬🤬🤬

Great app . I like the simplicity of its functions. I do wish there were more things like a tool bar for adjustments to settings for recording and video motion detection. Seems like I'm receiving many notifications on my phone for tree branches moving from wind ...yet my wife walks in view of the camera on sidewalk that's car length away and no notification sent... same in the back yard camera my Large dog's don't trigger movement detection or notifications on my phone, great quality however

I loved it at first. But eventually when I would go to view event it started showing no results found. Ugh then next time it would show the events. I work several jobs I need to check on my house. I'm not to great with electronics but this did such an awesome job practically doing it almost by itself. I really like it alot. Please let know if I'm doing something wrong.

Ever since they updated this app it will bring up my cameras on my phone, but will not play the videos. This has been going on since the last 2 updates. I have tried everything. Uninstall, reinstall, restarting my phone. What the heck is going on???????? Can not find where I can contact anybody at the company. Do not buy the COBRA cameras if you want to use your android phone to view what is going on at your properties.

I just purchased and installed cameras, easy setup. However the app only buffers when you want to view cameras from phone. So that kind of defeats the purpose of the camera's. I was just about to purchase 2 additional cameras. But the way things are going with this app. I'll have to purchase another brand with a sufficient app.
