This release corrects an issue where a number lookup did not return lookup name. It also provides a new reporting feature to report fraudulent calls.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
