I've made several complaint's about not being able to view my profile so I know how much is still on the account. I only have this app because my fiance is in jail and our daughter talks to him every night. I haven't gotten any sort of response any of the times I've complained about issues.

scam!!!!! I was told to download this ap and add money to speak with my daughter. after I started an account and added money, they told me that facility doesn't use this service. then was told by a representative that the "processing fee" is non refundable! so they basically will just take your money and tell you they will do nothing for you! No REFUND! BEWARE!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE ILLEGAL! AND A VERY BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use!!! Buy minutes over the phone, this app charges a "tax" in outrageous amounts on top of the 3.50 service charge. If u purchase mins at 888# instead, they charge only 3.50, they mention a tax but it is not tacked on to total amount, maybe in certain states. The app takes the outrageous tax EVERY TIME!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD

The facility doesn't accept any form of the connections... Shouldn't give people false hope like that... If they furniture don't accept it then it should not even be an option...
