I like the idea of this app and it could be very helpful, but the products that are chosen for the 'find the product' section are impossible.. For example, there was this cake that had toppings and stuff to make it look pretty. They wanted me to take a pic of the bottom of this 27 ounce cake as if I could just flip it over. I can't flip a cake over Premise. Do better.

I've been using Premise for the last couple of years and overall it's been a great experience. I've never had an issue with payouts. Whenever I've had questions, the support team has been awesome with knowledgeable, quick and easy to understand responses. the app has been, overall, easy to use. and again, if I've had a problem the support team has been quick to answer/fix the issue. the only real negative comment would have to be when the information in the tasks (ex: wrong barcode) in the tasks

I used to like premise when I first downloaded it awhile ago, I have been able to cash out many times, mostly from surveys. Now, it seems they have made it even harder to actually pay out, from it being nearly impossible to find the exact upc for products, error loading screen tasks, and not paying for surveys now. It is not worth it to me anymore. Also gave wrong address for a task. It is becoming a waste of time to waste gas money trying to use this app for it to end up not working out.

Just downloaded the app yesterday. It's a little early to answer a site-prompted review, but so far, so good. Looks to be more active-task based than survey focused. There are quite a few policy agreements in survey form that are required to get started. These are quick and, I think, a good way to vet comprehension of incoming applicants while getting important standards conveyed. Will probably post a full review once I have actively used it.

They need to update their system or something for ongoing changing upc numbers. I spent 3 hours in Kroger finding and taking pictures of items. Numerous items had the proper upc on the shelf label but the actual one on the package was different even though it was without a doubt the correct product. So I took all the pictures it usually asked for including the different upc and sent tickets for about 8 or 9 items. I should've made including the $20 bonus an easy $200, got $6. They blew me off.

I think this app is a scam. 😡 Not only do the product numbers not match any product in any stores I visit (even if I find the right item with another app), the tasks will either disappear when I get into the store or when I click on a task, it won't let me accept it and gives me an error message instead. I've got like 2 dollars from questionnaires but the minimum cash out is 10 dollars.
