The app enables you to read the latest internal news, publish information and share your everyday life at work. It also provides a good overview of what’s happening and upcoming events. The chat function ensures quick responses from your colleagues.

The app offers you and your workplace many benefits. Its functions include an information feed, events, chat and availability. These provide the basis for everyone to improve their internal collaboration and networking.

Information feed
An information feed might include regular news from management, a local working group or the employee’s team. It’s easy to create, update and set where and for whom the information is displayed.

Chat
In the chat function, you can instantly and directly communicate with your colleagues – individually or in groups. Reduce pressure on your email inbox by sending messages, pictures, movies or files in the chat.

Events
Easily communicate what’s going on in the company now and in the future. A clear event feed ensures everyone in the workplace knows about important events, such as training, visits and meetings.

Availability
With the Availability function, you can easily notify your colleagues if you are available or not and can even notify that you, for example, are working from home. If you are ill, you can change your status in the app and the information is shared to everyone concerned.

Contact list
Do you not have a colleague’s contact information? No problem! All your colleagues are listed in the app so you can easily reach them. You can also see if they are currently available.

My profile
Here you, as a user, can fill in your contact information so that your colleagues can easily contact you, and find details such as your birthday and date of employment. My profile also shows all the information that a person has shared in various feeds.
