I paid this headphone BackBeat 3200 in jb hi-fi Centre 249bucks.. OMG i just throw money, lots of money.. I can't connect to my pc windows 10, and every time It connects with my s10 plus, and after 30seconds disconnected... I asked back the re-found but they don't give me back the money..this is why I will never buy something in a shopping centre.. only Amazon, in Amazon if something it goes in wrong they could give you money back..

I'm giving this 5 stars to honor what Plantronics was. Quality and style always came first, and their Bluetooth headsets always came with a cool case that doubled as a power pack long before wireless earbuds came along... Anyhow, they certainly didn't, "merge," with the company Poly. This app is just more proof. It still says Plantronics and Poly has just abandoned it. They used to have a whole line of gaming headsets too, but on Poly's site, they, and so much more, are gone... RIP Plantronics

Absolute rubbish app and headset. Does not connect properly. If you. Can get it to connect it drops out within 30 seconds and cannot find them again until you turn them off and on again. Then same problem. So you can never update or customise them.

I have one hell of a time getting this app to connect. The headphones work perfectly fine but the app does NOT. What a contrast! Do the developers even read these reviews? I'm thinking NO because this has been an issue for months, at least

I really fee bad why I purchased this Bluetooth earphone , as name says ANC , but I cannot feel any noise cancellation in normal sound, even normal earphones provides same ANC in high sound , I don't understand why this feature is available and charging extra money on useless feature.....
