French Vanoli School of Fitness is a privately owned health and fitness facility that has become the leader in strength & performance, rehabilitation and movement mechanics in the west of Ireland.

Established in 2007, French Vanoli is owned and run by Claudia Vanoli who has over 16 years experience in fitness and rehabilitation. Claudia has brought together a team of experienced results-driven fitness professionals who are committed to helping individuals just like you reach their health and fitness goals.

Education and personal development is a primary focus at French Vanoli. We want clients to understand the importance of adopting proper technique to every movement; minimising the effort put on our joints and spine, and making our muscles work optimally for the best possible results.

With a range of programmes to suit all ages and fitness levels; French Vanoli has worked with elite sports competitors, National, European & World record holders along with kids, teens and pregnant women. All classes focus on developing strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Leading the way toward transforming the world’s view of health and people’s ability to achieve it, French Vanoli is home to CrossFit Galway; the first CrossFit affiliate gym to open in the west of Ireland. French Vanoli is renowned for its state of the art facilities, a fully equipped Pilates Reformer studio & highly recommended Pregnancy Pilates classes.

French Vanoli School of Fitness combines one-to-one personal training and group training in Reformer Pilates, Pregnancy Pilates, Floor Pilates, CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens, Strength & Core, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga and Yogalates.
