What is going on with the recent update of this app? I have troubled calling. When I tap Call( premium call), it goes to my home screen. Not even saying the app isn't working. Just go back to my home screen. I tried to reach out the customer service through messenger, they won't even read my messages. Before it was updated, my minutes expires every month. But now my minutes will expire on January 2037. Sweet huh. But I cannot call. Can this be fix?

at first I'm enjoying this application. I loaded as well not only the 2 minutes free call. but now maybe there is a problem going on in the system? I loaded for 100 minutes good for 1 month. but I think I didn't spent even 50 minutes but when I checked it now I have only 2 minutes left and cannot access the 2 minutes free call. can you please have the attention on this matter? I hope for your kind and prompt action. thank you so much.

So many bugs please fix it, turn my Note 9 pro into complete black screen and can't even tap anything even power button while call on progress. After updating the app it's a complete disaster. Every minute or 2 or so calls automatically drop. What the heck and waste of money. Fix this problem other wise refund your user due to poor service and unstable app.

I couldn't use the free call for 2 mins, since the last updates. Please do something on this. It's show free voice call and premium only are available. This application is getting worst, I bought coins worth of 500 and I haven't received any coins it's been 3 days now. They just took my money, and not resolving it.!

new version sucks! 40hkd was 500 minutes now 40hkd is 500 bee coins, when you buy calls 300 coins for 100 minutes! that is very expensive! and keeps on bugging saying oppsss server error even when I'm using wifi connection! 1 star is not even worth it for this apps!

This is not recommendable app it's just waste of money💰💰!!!! The old version is better.. please fix it! many are complaining. We can not even call our family for a long period of time every 4 mins it turned off what a waste!!
