Hello, I have purchased all-drives option available. Primarily, I want to use it with my NOKIA Android TV to see content via USB drive. When I go to mount drive option, it says total commander is not compatible for android tv and shows an error on android tv play store. Xplore also show error. Due to this, I had to purchase it via my mobile android using different email. Hence, I WANT TO REGISTER IT TO MY ANDROID TV EMAIL ACCOUNT. I have raised a ticket 364246 on your support portal. Pls help.

I have purchased all formats. Major issue: There is only "Unmount" option. There is no option of Safely Removing / Ejecting external hdd connected via USB OTG. Also, there is no option for Ejecting in the notification panel / phone's settings. My question is that How to Safely Remove / Eject external Seagate HDD, connected via USB OTG, after unmounting from app ? {BECAUSE EVEN AFTER UNMOUNTING, HDD LIGHTS REMAINS ON (& DOESN'T GOES OFF)} PS: I am using Redmi Note 4 having Android 7

Trying to use this on the new chromecast Google tv. This app requires total commander, but total commander isn't available on the new google tv. Tried using the alternative X-plore file manager, but when trying to connect the 2 apps together as instructed an error message pops up "No activity found to handle intent {act=android.Intent.action.open_document_tree (has extras) } Please get this working and preferably with a bigger/nicer ui file manager like file commander from mobisystems

My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and I have a new WD external hard drive. I tried to insert without this app at first but it's not working, then I discovered this app so I installed it but then it didn't work again so I contacted support. They were very responsive. They gave me options on what I can do and I found out that the problem is with the hard drive cable. Only usb 3.0 cable can be used. Now I bought the full version and using this app to connect to my phone. Good job to developers 👍

I needed it to work with my Android TV (Chromecast with Google TV) with an 1TB external drive (exFAT). I used an USB-C hub with enough power supply, and I still wasn't able to mount the drive. I bought the entire pack for $15, as exFAT wasn't available as a separate purchase. I would like a refund, so please let me know the next steps.

Useless on Android TV. No support for exFAT, and while NTFS is supported and does mount, there is no file manager that can actually open it. Total Commander cannot be installed, and Xplore fails to even request permissions. It's much less of a hassle to format a dedicated drive with ext3.
