quality and speed could be improved a lot, also security could be much better as now they limit password length to 6 characters... So stupid in a world where a 12 char password is considered insecure.

Very bad app, not usefull at all, I even can't see what services included, activate or deactivate them. Bad company very high price and for no clear reason for such bill

All you can see are the bills, you can talk to paltel employees too for help but there's 199 and even WhatsApp for that so basically the app is useless.
