Realizar uma ocorrência. Para isso, o morador deve baixar o aplicativo em seu Smartphone, registrar sua manifestação de forma anônima ou autenticada, escolher qual categoria a ocorrência se encaixa, informar o endereço e descrever o problema, podendo enviar uma foto.
