Sometimes the app connects to the projector directly through the wifi. I'd say the connection works 50% of the time. I have been unable to get the app to remember my SSID and connect without having to do it manually. Wonderful projector, terrible app.

pretty awful, does little well and only manages it half the time. Some days wont connect at all. Love my opti aura but the app needs work í think.

This seems to not work in Canada. Mobile connected to the Wi-Fi at the business and projector I won't pick it up maybe because it needs a password I'm unsure I will just stick to manual use

Very badly designed. Won't connect through the home WiFi - sort of works through its own one, but is more or less unuseable

Tried on iphone 6 and smart ultra7 app can see the light but does not allow control. Tried factory reset too.
