The app needs to be fixed it's horrible it can't open it's stuck! It clearly shows you don't care about the app because it was never updated since from 17 February 2019, that was the last time it was updated 😏

most horrible customer service of my life!download the app and cant even use it and nobody helped me resolve a simple issue of a 4 digit verification code that supposibly was sent to my phone that i never got wasted 2 months trying to resolve the issue but just unsubscribed from these surveys and uninstalled the app what a waste of time and cant believe nobody could help!they seriously couldnt just send me the damn code what in the hell drives me crazy dealing with ignorant people!

horrible. not at all what it says. very few surveys and when there is one, you are usually disqualified. very difficult to get to the $10 cash out minimum. money is pending for several days and sometimes just disappears.

The app doesn't work, will not load beyond the introductory loading screen and cannot register. I have similar problems trying to register through the website too.
